Job summary

Aerotek is hiring warehouse workers for a Greencastle, PA facility. This contract role involves supporting shipping, receiving, storage and order fulfillment, with hands-on work in temperature-controlled environments.

Flexible 1st and 2nd shifts are available, and starting pay is $20–$22 per hour plus benefits. You will operate powered industrial trucks after training, maintain accuracy in inventory, and follow site procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months–2 years of related experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, or logistics.
• Comfort working at heights, with the ability to be trained on a cherry picker forklift.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
• Ensure customers receive the correct products within the required timeframes by sustaining a high level of accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Receive materials and finished goods daily, verifying the quality, type, and quantity of items received and confirming that appropriate documentation, such as packing lists, is present.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and distribution equipment, including equipment that reaches various heights, after completing required training.
• Work safely and effectively in different warehouse temperature zones, including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room environments.
• Follow all site distribution standards, including document control and quality policies, and complete all required training.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
