Job summary

Aerotek is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Fort Washington, PA. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire role paying $17/hr with a day shift (8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri). You will receive and verify shipments, use RF scanners, break down pallets, stock, and assist with picking and packing for distribution.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months warehouse experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, stand all shift, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Aerotek offers weekly pay and benefits.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated ability to use RF scanner for inventory and picking tasks.
• Experience with shipping and receiving, including unloading and loading materials.
• Ability to perform general labor tasks such as palletizing, stocking, and material handling.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift on your feet.
• Physical ability for twisting, bending and other movements.
• Familiarity with warehouse processes, stocking and receiving.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated ability to use RF scanner or RF scanner gun for inventory and picking tasks.
• Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving, including unloading and loading materials.
• Ability to perform general labor tasks such as palletizing, stocking, and material handling.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Physical ability to perform frequent twisting, bending, lifting, and similar movements.
• Familiarity with warehouse and distribution processes, including stocking and receiving.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-volume distribution or warehouse setting.
• Experience in order picking using RF scanners or similar technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet daily operational goals.
• Strong attention to detail when scanning, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Reliability and punctuality for consistent first-shift attendance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Washington, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
