Job summary

Tri-Supply in Conroe, TX is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to keep products moving safely and accurately from our warehouse to customers. You will load/unload trucks, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, inspect shipments, and prepare orders for delivery.

Job description

Our Tri-Supply Home Products Store in Conroe, TX is looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our products moving efficiently, safely and accurately from our warehouse to our customers.

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Safely load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled with care
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently move and organize inventory
• Inspect incoming shipments and promptly report any damage or discrepancies
• Prepare and package products securely for delivery
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating smoothly
• Perform quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product condition
• Assist with deliveries and product assembly at residential construction sites as needed

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks as needed
• Background check and drug screening are required
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
• A genuine understanding of what it means to deliver outstanding customer service
