Job summary

Texstar Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Technician in Conroe, TX. This entry-level role focuses on receiving, storing, and distributing goods, with emphasis on accurate order fulfillment, inventory checks, and safety compliance.

You'll operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, follow packaging guidelines, and support the team while working in a hybrid setting. The position offers flexible responsibilities and opportunities to expand skills in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience.
• Valid State driver’s license (not provisional) with clean driving record.
• Able to pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a medical card.
• Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment according to pick tickets and customer requirements.
• Check and verify inventory to ensure stock availability.
• Notify Supervisor of shortages and material restocking needs.
• Package and ship products according to guidelines; stock shelves and put away materials.
• Organize pick tickets and cross-check with packing slips/work orders.
• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments; confirm accuracy with slips/POs.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and forklift for loading/unloading.
• Work overtime, travel, and be on-call as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

• Prepare orders for shipment according to pick tickets and customer requirements

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
• Able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack is preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer and inventory control systems

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work at heights, occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
• Occasionally: work in confined spaces or remote locations with arms above shoulder level, lift greater than 55 pounds, squeeze, fine hand motion, and use portable ladder
