Liberty Safety, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Warehouse Worker for our facility in Bedford Heights. The Warehouse Worker will perform a variety of functions, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm (overtime determined by business need).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers or containers.
• Check inbound receiving for accuracy and proper placement.
• Utilize computer systems to check inventory levels and locations.
• Read and understand orders, pick items from inventory, and bring them to packing stations or processing areas.
• Assist in packing and preparing items for shipment.
• Operate an industrial forklift (certification not required).
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Meet productivity standards in a timely manner.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist other warehouse staff as directed by the Warehouse Manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 60-75 pounds) with or without accommodations.
• Ability to work at heights up to 26 feet with safety equipment and training.
• Dependability and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
