Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Rochester, NY is hiring a warehouse employee to accurately select cases and build pallets for store delivery. You’ll support keeping shelves stocked and meeting customer demand in a fast-paced, physical role.

Responsibilities include building pallets, operating warehouse equipment, lifting 20–25 pounds (occasional >50 lbs), and clear communication with the team and supervisors. Wegmans prioritizes safety with training and PPE provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and stack pallets to ensure product protection and safe delivery
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, Vocollect)
• Effectively communicate with management and the team
• Lift 20–25 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently
