AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Warehouse Worker for the 1st shift on a part-time basis. This role supports receiving, order filling, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced food warehouse environment.

Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and adapt to temperature extremes. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential for success in this team-driven operation.

Qualifications

• Previous large food warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to be exposed to temperature extremes and humidity.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to maintain a fast pace and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all functions of the distribution and receiving for the warehouse.
• Receive products coming into the warehouse.
• Verify quantity and description of products.
• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped.
• Stock incoming orders.
• Maintain accurate physical inventories.
• Ensure all distribution and receiving are in a timely and orderly manner.
• Follow proper receiving procedures.
• Comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including but not limited to security procedures.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns)
