Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Brighton, MI is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our growing warehouse team. 1st Shift: 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Starting pay $19-$20 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental & vision coverage, PTO, and opportunities for advancement. You will pick customer orders, locate items, pack, palletize and ship, load/unload shipments, perform basic math, and keep the warehouse clean and safe

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using printed pack lists and color-coded labels.
• Accurately locate and pull products from warehouse inventory.
• Pack, palletize, shrink wrap, and stage completed orders for shipment.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
• Perform basic math calculations to verify order quantities.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Support team members during truck deliveries and other warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders, preparing pallets for shipment, and assisting with receiving incoming material. Team members work together to maintain an organized warehouse while ensuring customer orders are picked, palletized and shipped accurately.
