Job summary

1 Resource Group is seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team. You will assist in the daily operations of our warehouse, supporting receiving, handling, and shipping of inventory in an efficient and safe manner.

You will collaborate with team members to maintain a well-organized warehouse and ensure timely processing of orders to meet customer demands. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and forklift operation may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer literacy to document inventory and shipments.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred.

• Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs safely.
• Basic computer literacy to accurately document inventory and shipments.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage 20.00
