Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring Warehouse Associates for the Sephora distribution center in Aberdeen, MD. You’ll work four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, picking, packing, and shipping Sephora orders to stores and online customers.

The position pays $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay. The 2nd shift runs 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM and overtime may be required, including Fridays. Training is provided, and the site offers a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, and lift for a full 10-hour shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and the ability to match numbers accurately.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime.
• Reliable transportation (no bus service at shift times).

Responsibilities

• Cross-train across Inbound, Outbound, and Dotcom departments.

Job Description:

Randstad is hiring Warehouse Associates for the Sephora distribution center in Aberdeen. You'll work four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, picking, packing, and shipping Sephora orders to stores and online customers.

$18.00 per hour, paid weekly

2nd shift: Mon to Thu, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM

Overtime as needed. 2nd shift currently has required Friday overtime until further notice.

Location: 531 Chelsea Rd, Aberdeen, MD 21001.

What you’ll do:

• Receive, stock, and put away product


• Pick, pack, prep, and ship orders using a handheld RF scanner
