Your Employment Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is hiring for a steady night shift at a major temperature controlled distribution center. You will pick, pack, and ship Sephora orders for retail and online customers, earning $19.00 per hour with a four-day schedule and three-day weekends.

Requirements include ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, basic math, and reliable attendance with overtime willingness. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with RF scanners or WMS are a plus.

Start a steady night shift role at a major Temperature Controlled distribution center in Olive Branch, MS — earning $19.00 per Hour with a consistent four-day schedule and three-day weekends every week.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and ship Sephora orders for both retail stores and online customers
• Receive and stock incoming product using RF scanning equipment
• Put away inventory accurately following warehouse management system (WMS) procedures
• Cross-train across multiple departments — receiving, shipping, pick, pack, and put-away
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards throughout every shift
• Take direction from shift coordinators and leadership to meet daily production goals
• Lift and move product up to 50 lbs throughout your shift

What You Bring

Required

• Ability to stand, walk, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs for the full duration of a shift
• Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed

Preferred

• Previous warehouse experience in pick, pack, or shipping operations
• Familiarity with RF scanners or WMS (warehouse management system) software
• Experience working in a high-volume or production-rate environment

Schedule & Shift

Monday through Thursday

5 :00 PM - 3 :30 AM + Overtime

Four days on, three days off — every week.

Pay & Compensation

$19.00 per hour
