Job description

Start a steady night shift role at a major Temperature Controlled distribution center in Olive Branch, MS — earning $19.00 per Hour with a consistent four-day schedule and three-day weekends every week.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and ship Sephora orders for both retail stores and online customers
• Receive and stock incoming product using RF scanning equipment
• Put away inventory accurately following warehouse management system (WMS) procedures
• Cross-train across multiple departments — receiving, shipping, pick, pack, and put-away
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards throughout every shift
• Take direction from shift coordinators and leadership to meet daily production goals
• Lift and move product up to 50 lbs throughout your shift

What You Bring

Required

• Ability to stand, walk, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs for the full duration of a shift
• Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed

Preferred

• Previous warehouse experience in pick, pack, or shipping operations
• Familiarity with RF scanners or WMS (warehouse management system) software
• Experience working in a high-volume or production-rate environment

Schedule & Shift

Monday through Thursday

5 :00 PM - 3 :30 AM + Overtime

Four days on, three days off — every week.

Pay & Compensation

$19.00 per hour
