Job summary

Jobtailor in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, shipping, and receiving in line with company policies. You will count, label, stock, pick, pack, and ship goods, maintain records, and support will-call customers with professionalism.

You will assist in generating inventory reports, resolve discrepancies promptly, and work under supervision to ensure accurate, timely deliveries. Forklift certification and Spanish-English bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately count and track product during receiving or shipping.
• Ability to create professional samples boards.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Functional computer skills.
• Forklift certification and wet saw experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
• Bilingual Spanish and English a plus.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, label, stock, pick, pack, and ship inventory per policy.
• Maintaining warehouse inventory and records.
• Deal promptly with inventory discrepancies.
• Receive, record, issuing, and transporting goods from the warehouse.
• Ensure will-call customers are handled efficiently.
• Assist in making inventory reports for evaluations and working under the direction of a supervisor.
