Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix to enrich the customer experience by helping customers select products, enter orders accurately, and load vehicles safely. The role emphasizes maximizing sales opportunities and fostering customer loyalty, while adapting communication across channels.

In this fast-paced environment you will perform picking and staging, stock preparation, merchandising, and inventory checks.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to learn and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Agreement to safety guidelines and compliance with process standards, including wearing personal protective equipment

Responsibilities

• Handle customer experience from selection to order entry and loading vehicles.
• Maximize sales opportunities and build customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication for email, phone, and in-person audiences.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipping products.
• Prepare backorders and put away received stock.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Use customer-facing and warehouse computer systems.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Report to the Branch Manager.
