Job summary

Jobtailor in San Diego is seeking a capable warehouse associate to act as the frontline contact for clients, delivering outstanding service in person and over the phone while supporting warehouse operations. You will collaborate with Branch Operations and Sales teams to ensure accuracy in inventory, packing, shipping, and labeling, with emphasis on attention to detail and strong communication.

As part of the role you will inspect, handle, consolidate, stock, pick, pack, and ship inventory,

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, or other language as appropriate for the area.
• Forklift certification and experience using a wet saw are a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Work collaboratively with the Branch Operations team and Sales Team members to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Perform warehouse operations, including inspecting, handling, consolidating, labeling, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory.
• Maintain and reconcile warehouse inventory, promptly address discrepancies, and generate inventory reports under supervision.
