Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Project Lead to join the Talley team in Lenexa, KS. The role oversees day-to-day will call operations, serves as primary contact for will call customers, and ensures efficient order fulfillment and returns processing.

You will supervise staff for project-based accounts, coordinate with management/quality teams, and maintain organized will call areas. Strong organizational skills and urgency are required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED - Required.
• Associate's Degree - Preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklift, re-roll equipment and office equipment including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• People skills, goal orientation, strong time management, and ability to direct staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project fulfillment operations; direct staff and training as needed.
• Interface with management and quality manager to ensure processes and customer support.
• Transacting will call order pickups and handling returns/exchanges.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the will call area and pick/confirm orders.
• Scan all will call orders into Docushare and support warehouse functions.
