Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Project Lead for the Lenexa, KS area to oversee will-call operations and direct day-to-day project fulfillment. You will act as the primary contact for will-call customers, transact orders, manage returns, and ensure a clean, organized will-call area while coordinating with project-based accounts to meet goals.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, picking and confirming orders, scanning into Docushare, and maintaining overall warehouse operations

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily will-call project fulfillment and train staff.
• Coordinate with project accounts with management to meet goals and support customers.
• Process will-call order pickups and handle returns over the counter with Inventory Control.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the will-call area and stock levels.
• Pick and confirm will-call orders for customers.
• Scan all will-call orders into Docushare.
• Support ongoing warehouse operations and confidentiality of information.
• Demonstrate urgency, organization, and attention to detail; adapt to change.
