Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility KPIs ensuring safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers on appointments and load statuses.
• Work with Operations Supervisor to manage workload and WMS on the floor.
• Collaborate with inventory and on-site staff to resolve order issues.
• Interact with customer to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Hourly Pay $23.45 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift (A) Sunday-Tuesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, every other Wednesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and upating load statuses
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
