Summary

Responsible for receiving and processing incoming products, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing stock within the assigned department.

Duties

1. Accurately pick parts.
2. Weigh products using proper scales.
3. Check part numbers and quantities with high accuracy.
4. Pack orders into shipping cartons, verifying all components are correct and accounted for.
5. Read customer order notes and fulfill any special requirements.
6. Unload freight and check in products.
7. Stock parts in proper locations.
8. Maintain stock and shipping supplies.
9. Assist in physical inventory counts and audits.
10. Report stock issues and defective materials to supervisors.
11. Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
12. Follow all safety rules.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of current work experience, preferably in distribution or manufacturing.
• RF handheld experience is a plus.

Physical Demands

Must regularly stand and walk for prolonged periods, talk and hear, handle or feel objects, reach above shoulders and below waist. Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs 70% of the day and up to 65 lbs 30% of the day.

Working Conditions

Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
