Sol-Up seeks a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate to join our Procurement & Warehouse team, reporting to the Procurement Manager. The role involves receiving and processing stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, managing stock, and maintaining a clean warehouse environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key functions include, but are not limited to:

1. Performing daily warehouse tasks such as receiving, loading/unloading, storing, and organizing goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
2. Maintaining accurate and updated inventory records.
3. Executing directives from leadership and supporting team objectives.
4. Checking and maintaining work equipment, reporting malfunctions, and submitting safety documentation.
5. Assisting with shipping/receiving/inventory/billing documentation and updating records in Excel.
6. Monitoring shipments, verifying deliveries, and preparing installation materials to meet customer needs.
7. Seeking ways to improve work environment quality, efficiency, and repeatability.
8. Building positive relationships, supporting team goals, and responding to colleagues' concerns.
9. Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workspace with high standards for handling customer products and company tools.
10. Using designated tools and systems to manage job responsibilities.
11. Representing Sol-Up professionally with integrity and passion.
12. Following safety, quality, and workplace standards strictly.
13. Reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions promptly.
14. Observing all applicable laws and regulations.
15. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and positive team interaction.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification.
• Pre-employment drug screening clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift or carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Access all areas of the work environment physically, with or without accommodations.
• Maintain composure and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Prolonged sitting, walking, standing, stretching, bending, and kneeling.
• Work indoors and outdoors, exposed to environmental factors like heat, cold, noise, dust, and fragrances.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule:

Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, weekends as needed.
