Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform various jobs within the warehouse or on the grounds as assigned.
• Pallet sorting and restacking; identify products not meeting specs and perform rework and sanitation.
• Support team objectives and participate in team meetings to promote cohesiveness and shared goals.
• Comply with Simmons operating systems and policies and communicate improvement ideas to improve processes.
