Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 6 months of related experience.
• Distribution center experience.
• Prior forklift certification with 6 months previous warehouse experience.
• Previous shipping/material handling experience.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, push and pull for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift product/cartons weighing in excess to 50 pounds.

• Follow directions and see the task through safely.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Move supplies within the warehouse using motorized equipment such as forklifts and reach lifts.
• Transport goods and containers through the warehouse using a forklift.
• Move pallets, trash bins, and supplies to/from trucks.
• Baler operator; manage waste streams and sort recyclables.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and clean equipment.
• Adhere to safety rules and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment and uphold productivity requirements.
• Work overtime as required.
