Kalmbach Feeds is seeking a Warehouse Utility Team Member for 1st shift in Carey, OH. The role focuses on general warehouse operations, material handling, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.

You will support multiple departments, move materials, and operate basic equipment after training while following all safety procedures. The team emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and strong attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate general warehouse equipment and assist with material handling.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, material movement, staging, sorting, and palletizing.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and proper trash/recycling handling.
• Support production and packaging teams with restock supplies and equipment as needed.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training.
• Follow safety procedures and report any equipment or safety concerns.
• Provide flexible support to multiple departments as daily operations require.
