The company serves OEMs and manufacturers with a focus on cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift to join our team in Ohio.

Position is full-time, 7 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with benefits including 401(k), health and vision insurance, and paid time off. Prior forklift experience and ERP/shipping familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player and follow instructions.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8 hours in a warehouse.
• Shipping/receiving experience in a warehouse environment helpful.
• Good communication skills and basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming material from suppliers.
• Stock shelves and pallet racks.
• Locate and pull material for customer orders.
• Pack material for UPS or pallets for shipping.
• Complete documentation and process shipments in ERP.
