C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC in Bethlehem, PA is hiring a Backhauler to join a 3–5 person team unloading trailers and stocking the warehouse. This full-time, 3rd shift role starts at $18.00/hour with incentive pay and weekly payroll.

You will operate forklifts, record dates, move merchandise, and perform safety inspections in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a company 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement and employee wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Work at a fast pace to prevent backlog of trucks and product.
• Perform equipment inspections & completing forms.
• Occasional safe lifting of varying weights.

As a Backhauler, you will work in a team of 3-5 team members to unload trailers of products keeping the warehouse stocked with product for our customers.This is a fast-paced role, perfect for energetic individuals who are highly organized and like to stay active.

Job Description

Starting pay $18.00/hour plus Incentive pay. WEEKLY PAY. Top Performers can earn up to $25/hour through performance incentives. Full Time, 3rd Shift 125 N Commerce Way Bethlehem, PA 18017.

You will contribute by:

• Receiving product, recording code dates & breaking down pallets of product according to appropriate receiving procedures
• Utilizing forklifts, electric pallet jacks and/or clamp machines to move merchandise
• Maneuvering pallets of product from the dock to correct aisles
• Moving at a fast pace to prevent backlog of trucks and/or product
• Performing equipment inspections & completing appropriate forms
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
