Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Freezer Incentive Lift Operator to support our warehouse operations in York, PA. The role involves operating a forklift/reach truck, replenishing shelves, and ensuring safe, efficient daily fulfillment for local communities.

This is a full-time, third-shift position with potential overtime. Paid training is provided, with benefits from day one and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Previous experience on reach truck/stand up forklift required.
• Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift/reach truck to transport merchandise in the warehouse.
• Accurately track inventory using a handheld computer and other tech.
• Stack and rotate merchandise by hand or with equipment.
• Replenish pick slots and production lines for timely order fulfillment.
• Stage finished product in designated storage areas.
• Load and unload merchandise from trailers.
• Follow safety protocols for forklift operation.

Position Overview

Freezer Incentive Lift Operators help support this mission by replenishing product levels to ensure items can be easily accessed in the warehouse. These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation.

Job Description

• Earn $20.50/hour(Including Differential) + Incentive pay when you graduate!
• Full time, 3rd shift
• Overtime as needed
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (8:30pm - done)
• 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York PA

You will contribute by:

• Operating a forklift/reach truck to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology
• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment
• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Staging finished product in designated storage areas
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers
• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
