Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking candidates for a full-time 1st shift Warehouse/Backhauler role. You will unload trailers, break down product, and move merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks, supporting timely deliveries to local communities.

Top performers can earn $25.00 per hour with incentives; job includes paid training, weekly pay, benefits from day 1, PTO/holiday pay, and career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Receiving product, recording code dates & breaking down pallets according to receiving procedures.
• Utilizing forklifts, electric pallet jacks and/or clamp machines to move merchandise.
• Maneuvering pallets from the dock to correct aisles.
• Moving at a fast pace to prevent backlog of trucks and/or product.
• Performing equipment inspections & completing appropriate forms.
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels.

As a Warehouse As a Backhauler, you will work in a team of 3-5 team members to unload trailers of food products and break down product to meet warehouse specifications.

Job Description

Top performers will earn $25.00/HR. plus incentiveEarn $17.00 per hour plus incentiveWEEKLY PAYDIRECT HIREFULL TIME 1ST SHIFT

You will contribute by:

• Receiving product, recording code dates & breaking down pallets of product according to appropriate receiving procedures


• Utilizing forklifts, electric pallet jacks and/or clamp machines to move merchandise


• Maneuvering pallets of product from the dock to correct aisles


• Moving at a fast pace to prevent backlog of trucks and/or product


• Performing equipment inspections & completing appropriate forms


• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

What’s a great way to stay in shape?

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting pivoting up to 90% of shift


• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.


• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more


• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead


• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height


• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
