Job summary

Costa Solutions LLC in Temple, TX is hiring Unloader I and II for fast-paced warehouse work including unloading trailers and restocking pallets. You will operate equipment and handle product safely in a busy distribution setting.

Training is provided and candidates must be able to work mornings and/or evenings. Physical strength and reliability are essential, with weekend availability required to meet logistical demands.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to lift cases weighing 50–95 lbs.
• Must be able to work in dry dock, refrigerated, or frozen environments.
• Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts; weekends required.
• Safety footwear (steel-toe) required.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and deliver product to distribution warehouses.
• Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., electric pallet jacks, forklifts, dock stockers).
• Break down pallets and restack cases onto new pallets.
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment; follow safety procedures.
• Equipment training is provided; pass pre-employment requirements as applicable.
