Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Basic math skills.
• Reasoning skills with the ability to understand and execute instructions.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Maintain certification if using powered industrial equipment.
• Good organizational and time management skills to meet goals.
• Proficiency in inventory software or ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise from trailers and break down loads per PO specifications.
• Record losses, damages, shortages and overages.
• Verify loads and ensure proper wrapping and alignment by PO line number when required.
• Report equipment damages and pallet integrity concerns.
• Train new team members on unloading processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Make recommendations to improve warehouse operations.
