Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking a Loader/Unloader to safely load and unload products from trucks, trailers, and containers in a fast-paced warehouse. This role requires frequent lifting and steady work in a physically demanding environment.

You will move materials by hand or with equipment, sort and stack items, verify documents, and ensure products are secure for shipping or storage while maintaining an organized dock and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work at a steady pace in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.
• Move products and materials by hand or with appropriate material-handling equipment.
• Sort, stack, and organize products in designated warehouse areas.
• Verify products and quantities against shipping or receiving documents.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for visible damage.
• Palletize, wrap, and secure products as needed.
• Stage freight for shipping, receiving, or warehouse put-away.
• Maintain an organized loading dock and work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow proper lifting and material-handling procedures.
• Follow all company safety policies and required PPE procedures.
• Report damaged products, unsafe conditions, or inventory discrepancies to management.
