Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Unloader to join our grocery distribution team at the Zanesville, Ohio distribution center. This is a physical, fast-paced role where you will unload groceries from trailers, organize shipments, and move freight safely through the warehouse.

You will work in both dry and cooler dock environments, lift 25–75 lbs, and operate equipment as trained. Capstone offers weekly pay, paid training, benefits after 60 days, safety incentives, and opportunities to advance

Responsibilities

• Unloading grocery products from trailers and moving freight safely through the warehouse.
• Sorting, organizing, palletizing, and preparing product for the next stage of distribution.
• Building stable pallets and maintaining accurate product placement.
• Repacking, auditing, and checking freight for accuracy or damage.
• Operating warehouse equipment as trained and authorized.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Following all safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Performing additional warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership.

Looking for a hands‑on job where you can stay active, work with a team, and earn a paycheck every week? Join our warehouse team supporting grocery distribution. You’ll help unload incoming grocery freight and keep product moving safely and efficiently through the warehouse.

This is a physical, fast-paced position with opportunities to learn new skills, earn more, and grow within the company.

The Opportunity

As a Warehouse Unloader, you will help unload and organize grocery shipments arriving at the distribution center. Freight may be handled in both dry and cooler dock environments, depending on the assignment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Unloading grocery products from trailers and moving freight safely through the warehouse
• Sorting, organizing, palletizing, and preparing product for the next stage of distribution
• Building stable pallets and maintaining accurate product placement
• Repacking, auditing, and checking freight for accuracy or damage
• Operating warehouse equipment as trained and authorized

What the Job Is Like

This is active, physical warehouse work. You should be comfortable:

• Lifting and carrying products weighing approximately 25–75 lbs.
• Repeatedly bending, reaching, lifting, pulling, and moving freight
• Working at a steady pace while meeting production expectations
• Working in both dry dock and cooler dock areas as assigned
• Being on your feet for extended periods
• Working safely around warehouse equipment, trailers, pallets, and other associates

Prior warehouse or equipment experience is a plus, but we are willing to train dependable candidates who are ready to work.
