Job summary

Capstone provides warehouse and supply chain services for organizations across North America. A Warehouse Unloader role supports a busy grocery distribution operation by moving incoming product from trailers into the warehouse and preparing freight for the next stage of the operation.

This is an active, hands-on position where earnings are tied to production. You will be part of a team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing 25–75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Unload grocery products from trailers and move freight into designated warehouse areas.
• Build and organize pallets according to established procedures.
• Sort, stack, and position product for warehouse processing.
• Check freight for accuracy and report damaged or missing product.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as business needs change.

Join the warehouse team supporting a busy grocery distribution operation. As a Warehouse Unloader, you'll help move incoming product from trailers into the warehouse and prepare freight for the next stage of the operation.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing approximately 25–75 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work the scheduled shift
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but training is available
