Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC in Arlington, WA seeks a self-motivated Warehouse Unloader and Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced team. You will unload trailers, operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts, verify inventory, stage materials, and maintain strict accuracy in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience with ride-on electric pallet jack
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
• Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
• Walking throughout warehouse during shift

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers: Safely transport inbound freight using forklifts and manual labor.
• Operate heavy machinery: Drive sit-down or stand-up forklifts with absolute precision.
• Verify inventory: Match bills of lading against physical counts to ensure zero discrepancies.
• Stage materials: Organize and stack pallets in designated storage bays or production lines.
• Maintain quality: Inspect incoming goods for damage and report issues immediately.

• Selecting products throughout the warehouse leveraging warehouse equipment that may include single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts or forklifts and other duties as assigned by site leadership
• Use of VoCollect, RF Scan-guns or reading manual tickets

You will manage the frontline of our supply chain, ensuring inventory is safely unloaded, meticulously organized, and processed with extreme attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trailers: Safely transport inbound freight using forklifts and manual labor.
• Operate heavy machinery: Drive sit‑down or stand‑up forklifts with absolute precision.
• Verify inventory: Match bills of lading against physical counts to ensure zero discrepancies.
• Stage materials: Organize and stack pallets in designated storage bays or production lines.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Constant movement: Walk over 10+ miles per day across a vast warehouse floor.
• Always on your feet: Stand, bend, reach, and lift for the duration of your shift.
• Heavy lifting: Manually lift & push items weighing up to 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Dynamic scheduling: Work long days with no set end time; shifts finish only when the final trailer is clear and the job is complete.

• Experience: Proven track record in warehouse unloading and certified forklift operation.
