Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Unloader at its Middletown, OH operation. You will move product from trailers into the warehouse and prepare freight for the next stage, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

This production-based role offers weekly pay and training, plus benefits after 60 days and opportunities to travel to other Capstone locations.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing 25–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Previous forklift driving experience.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work the scheduled shift.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Unload grocery products from trailers and move freight into designated warehouse areas
• Build and organize pallets according to established procedures
• Sort, stack, and position product for warehouse processing
• Check freight for accuracy and report damaged or missing product
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Follow workplace safety procedures and proper lifting techniques
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as business needs change

What You'll Do
