Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Vero Beach, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our high‑performance team. This role involves loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and general site duties.

Schedule Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to finish, and 2:00 pm to finish depending on workload. You must be energetic, able to lift 25–75 lbs, and capable of fast-paced, physical work.

Qualifications

• Energetic, with a strong work ethic; able to thrive in a fast-paced, physical role.
• Able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs; varies by materials.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training will be provided to the right candidate.

• Warehouse duties including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and housekeeping per site leadership.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25‑75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
