Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Portland, OR is seeking Warehouse Associates to perform a range of duties including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting and palletizing. The role requires physical work and a fast-paced environment, with a schedule from 4:30 AM until finish, Monday through Friday.

Compensation is $20–$25 per hour with weekly pay, and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift 25–75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean-up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

4:30 AM until finish Monday‑Friday.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean‑up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25‑75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
