Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Harmony, PA to perform a variety of warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

Expect to load/unload, pick, repack, sort, palletize, and assist with audits while maintaining safety and quality. This role is Monday–Friday with early start times and weekly pay, and training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High-energy, fast-paced, physically demanding work.
• Able to lift 25–75 lbs.
• Training provided for right candidate.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: loading/unloading, selecting, packing, sorting, auditing.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Support site leadership as assigned.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
