Job summary

Capstone is hiring for an overnight warehouse position in Statesville, NC. You'll unload freight, build pallets, and move products through the distribution center on an active overnight shift from 4:45 PM to 5:45 AM.

Earn $18–$24 per hour with production-based pay and weekly payout. Paid training and benefits after 60 days of employment help you grow with the team in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Unload freight from trailers and move product safely through the warehouse
• Build and organize pallets according to warehouse standards
• Sort, stack, and position products for efficient handling
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques
• Work with teammates and site leadership to keep freight moving
• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and ready to work a physically active overnight schedule
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Able to repeatedly lift and carry products weighing approximately 25–75 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Previous warehouse, unloading, palletizing, or equipment experience is helpful, but we will train motivated candidates
