Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Greensboro, NC to join a high-performance team. This role involves fast-paced, physical work with opportunities to learn across our site network. You’ll be paid weekly and trained to handle a variety of warehouse tasks.

Expect to lift 25–75 lbs, perform loading/unloading, sorting, and palletizing, and contribute to safe, efficient operations. Capstone promotes from within, offers benefits after 60 days, and values teamwork, reliability, and delivering

• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; training may be provided.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
