Job summary

Capstone is hiring Warehouse Associates in Athens, GA for 3rd shift 10pm–Finish, Sunday–Thursday. The role covers loading, unloading, picking, palletizing, and related duties in a fast-paced, physical environment. You will be part of a high-performance culture that values teamwork and paying it forward in the community.

Training is provided, with weekly pay and benefits after 60 days. Capstone operates across North America, offering opportunities to learn how multiple sites run and to grow

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, and housekeeping as assigned.
• Audit, repack, sort, and assist with freight handling as needed.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
