Job summary

Capstone is hiring Warehouse Associates in a high‑performance environment. You will select orders and unload products by hand or with equipment, earning pay based on output. Prior warehouse experience is helpful, but training is offered to the right candidate.

Responsibilities include picking, labeling, staging products, and occasional forklift use. Physical work is required, lifting 25–75 lbs and teamwork to move higher weights.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable; fast-paced warehouse work.
• High-energy, strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn; training provided for right candidate.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates order select and unload both by hand and with equipment and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Associates are paid by the truck. The harder you work, the more you earn!

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate

Additional Job Details/Requirements

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Order Selecting : Pick orders. Grab, place, label and stage product. Regular use of Electric Pallet Jack and RF Scanner.

Unloading : Unload containers by hand, palletizing, shrink wrapping. Grabbing, lifting, stacking product of average weight of 50 pounds. Work on a team of 2-3 people and team lift product over 50 pounds. Occasional use of Forklift/Clamp.
