Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Unloader in Green Bay, WI. The role operates on the 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7:00 PM until finish, with Fridays and Saturdays off.

This position requires a high-energy work ethic and physical stamina as duties include loading and unloading, sorting, palletizing, and site housekeeping. You'll join a team within a high-performance culture focused on reliability, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced and physical work.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing and housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
