Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload goods by hand and with equipment at our Gilroy, CA location. Pay is earned by the truck, rewarding higher output with greater earnings. The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, with training provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, with materials varying in weight.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Unload goods by hand and with equipment as assigned by site leadership.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support warehouse operations.
