Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Moreno Valley, CA. This role involves loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup and other duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work a 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, 12am to finish, with overtime after 40 hours. Capstone offers weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities to travel to other sites as you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic for a fast-paced, physical role.
• Able to lift and carry 25-75 lbs as duties vary.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select items, and perform freight hauling.
• Audit, repack, sort, palletize, and keep areas clean and organized.
• Execute duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
