Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Unloader to join our fast-paced team in Tennessee. You will unload freight from trailers, move products through the warehouse, and help keep the supply chain running smoothly.

This is a physically demanding role with lifting 25–75 lbs and a cold dock environment. You’ll work closely with teammates, receive paid training, and have opportunities to grow within Capstone's nationwide network.

The Opportunity

As a Warehouse Unloader, you'll work as part of a hands-on team unloading and moving freight throughout the warehouse. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position where your effort directly contributes to the team's success.

What you'll do:

• Unload freight from trailers and move products throughout the warehouse
• Sort, palletize, repack and organize products
• Load and haul freight as needed
• Audit and verify products
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership

What to Expect

• Cold dock environment — the warehouse is maintained at cooler temperatures, so you'll want to dress appropriately
• Physical, active work throughout your shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying of 25–75 lbs.
