Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 across multiple roles, including cooks, drivers, instructors, and more. Starting wage is $20/hr with seasonal full-time hours and housing availability. The team offers extensive employee benefits and discounts, wellness benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and handle 125 lbs.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Completing physical and active tasks to pick, pack and deliver goods.
• Willingness to work with warehouse functions and tools—training provided.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• Load snowcat with pallets from truck.
• Drive snowcat to outlets at night and deliver goods to restaurant outlets.
• Transport dumpsters, compost, and other trash on snowcat to warehouse.
• May assist other departments; other duties as assigned.

The primary responsibility of a sleigh ride driver is the safety and timely transportation of guests from the base area to on mountain restaurants via a sleigh pulled by a snow cat.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $20/hr


• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027


• Shift Type: Full Time hours available


• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age


• Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

• Completing physical and active tasks in an efficient manner to pick, pack and deliver goods


• Willingness to work with warehouse functions and tools - we'll train you!


• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards


• load snowcat with pallets from truck


• Drive snowcat to different outlets at night and deliver goods to restaurant outlets


• Transport dumpsters, compost, and other separated trash on snowcat to warehouse


• May be required to assist other departments


• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license - required.


• Must be able to drive oversize trucks and be comfortable operating vehicles in tight areas such as loading docks, parking lots, etc.


• Must be able to work independently and prioritize workload successfully.


• Must be able to provide exceptional internal and external customer service.


• Able to work outside in all weather conditions - required.


• Able to perform manual labor, lift 75 lbs, and handle or move 125lbs - required.


• Strong work ethic - required.


• Strong environmental background - required.

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
