Job summary

S&S Activewear in Fresno, CA is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to develop and coach warehouse staff on SOPs and safety procedures. This full-time role emphasizes hands-on training, certification, and consistent performance feedback.

You will train staff, audit progress, troubleshoot tablet issues, and ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment while maintaining a professional, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years training experience in a team environment
• Excellent attendance and performance
• Ability to read and speak English
• Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime when required
• Bilingual preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Training and development of warehouse staff by teaching and enforcing SOPs
• Responsible for stock chaser/ Equipment training and Certification safety and operation
• Provide the company tour to new employees
• Evaluate / Audit employees in training and communicate issues ASAP
• Identify training needs and communicate them to the training coordinator
• Troubleshoot issues with tablets
• Document the training by completing all required paperwork
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Act professionally and remain focused while working
• Safely operate all warehouse equipment
• Perform cleaning activities as required
• Follow and promote all safety rules, maintain a safe warehouse
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
