Job summary

Kenco Logistics is hiring a Site Training Coordinator to lead on-the-job training across the distribution center, including forklift operation and safe equipment use. You will educate staff on processes, maintain training records, and help develop training materials while supporting safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 6 months in warehousing, and a forklift license. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates on-the-job training for new and existing employees.
• Operates forklift and other powered industrial equipment safely.
• Loads, unloads, and stores products; picks orders and packs shipments.
• Maintains training logs and checks completion.
• Assists with creating training materials and revisions.
• Performs daily safety inspections and reports incidents.
• Supports inventory/cycle counts as needed.
