Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Site Training Coordinator to lead training for warehouse staff, including forklift operation and equipment safety. The role involves developing training materials, maintaining logs, and supporting daily distribution center activities.

You will also assist with inventory processes, order picking, packing, and shipping label accuracy to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Licensed forklift operator or ability to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates on-the-job training for new and existing employees in warehouse operations.
• Operates powered industrial equipment to move products and materials.
• Load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensure accuracy and labeling per regulations.
• Maintain training logs and prepare training materials.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
