Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to move, handle, and store materials safely in our distribution center. You will support inbound/outbound shipments, stock materials, and keep accurate records.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, loading, and staging shipments, operating forklifts and other equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while following safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar equipment is a plus (certification may be required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials, verify quantities against purchase orders, and identify discrepancies or damages.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Store materials in designated locations with proper labeling and organization.
• Pick and stage materials for outbound shipments according to pick lists.
• Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring safe loading and proper securement.
• Perform inventory counts and support cycle counting to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
