Job summary

Nemera is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to support onboarding and continuous development of new employees on the warehouse floor. The role combines classroom instruction with hands-on coaching to reinforce best practices, safety, and regulatory compliance in a cleanroom warehousing environment.

You will guide trainees through GMP processes, perform assessments using Training Checklists, and mentor staff while liaising with floor staff and management across facilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations as an effective operator.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completed training from Quality and EHS departments.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees and temporary workers, introducing them to their role, colleagues, and work environment.
• Manage Training Checklists and coordinate Training Buddies with Warehouse Supervisors.
• Train on safe operation of warehouse equipment and adherence to policies and GMP requirements.
• Explain warehouse documentation and ensure proper use of lot control sheets and work orders.
• Provide GMP training including traceability, identification, batch naming, preparation, and line clearance.
